About Karen
The work we do on your behalf is in helping you or your child to find career confidence and clarity.
With postgraduate qualifications in adolescent counselling and professional career development, Karen’s own career spans management, recruitment, grief counselling and career coaching, training and human resources development.
Karen has experience working in special education schools, as well as individuals who receive NDIS funding. Karen is also proud to have supported indigenous students through her school-based workshops.

APPROACH
Karen offers a holistic approach to career coaching. There can be multiple, sometimes significant factors preventing you, or your child, from finding a dream career.
Karen’s experience with grief counselling and adolescent counselling is important in helping her come to each discussion with empathy and open-mindedness.
PROCESS
Using a deliberate and deeply considered process, Karen combines career theories with up-to-date psychometric (psychological measurement) and other career counselling assessment resources.
This framework allows room for flexibility, resulting in a highly personalised approach with every client.
